Daniel Abrahamson, CEM, provides independent technical review and advisory support for clean energy infrastructure projects, helping municipalities evaluate submissions and make informed decisions.
He serves as Municipal Energy Manager for the Hampshire Regional Partnership, supporting Southampton, Westhampton, Williamsburg, and the Hampshire Regional School District on energy planning, efficiency upgrades, grant-funded improvements, and long-term decarbonization.
Prior roles include energy management at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and energy project management at the MBTA, covering sustainability and capital improvement work across complex public-sector organizations.
His role on a review is to translate technical documentation into clear findings, focused questions, and actionable guidance — so local boards can act with confidence under tight statutory clocks.
